My wife and I arrived in bergland for a nice cold weekend of riding. Her sleds hand warmer wasn't working at -20, so that wasn't going to work. I contacted Timberline about the issue. I rode over around 9:00 am. Didn't even shut the sled off, they had it pulled into the shop, repaired the issue and had a full inspection of oil level (4 stroke), slides and carbides in less than 40 min. Great showroom to spend money in. These guys are a class act. Well Done! Thank you!
I was in Michigan for a 2 day riding weekend and drove 5 hrs to get there. I was staying less than 2 miles from this dealer. I went to go ride the first day and had a starter issue. I was so happy to know there was a ski doo dealer so close I figured no biggie I will get it fixed and enjoy my trip. Not so. After going in telling them my issue they recommended a couple parts. Spent 170$ and went out to the trailer to install. No luck. I begged them to just give me 5 minutes of the mechanics time to look at my sled and there only reply was leave it here and we will try to get to it in a day or two. What a joke. I guess tourists to their town don't deserve their time of day. My local dealer back home spent more time on the phone with me trying to troubleshoot the problem. Make sure you bring a spare sled if staying anywhere near here because if yours breaks you'll be driving 5 hours back home with no riding.
My Snowmobile broke down on a trip to MI last winter. The guys from this shop took their computer out to my trailer to hook up my sled and troubleshoot the problem. It was Saturday night at 8:00 pm, in the snow. Better service than I get back home! Thank You.
I had a 2012 skidoo with no windshield on it and we knew it was gonna be cold so we called several places but no one had one for that sled. Finally we had found this place and it was right on out way so we stopped in and they didn’t have one on the shelves so one of the guys went out to the shop and took one off a brand new rental. The guy followed me out there and helped me put it on. The people there are great and prices are good all in all very good place to stop I would probably not have ridden if I didn’t get a windshield.
